Processing Times

Preparation time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship your order. Please note that processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
Daily cutoff time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time - New York) or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery and Transit Times

Transit time: Once shipped, the delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday.
Shipping address: Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has officially shipped.

🌍 Shipping Fees and Delivery Zones

Shipping fees: We offer free shipping on all orders. All our products are delivered at no extra cost, and no minimum purchase is required.
Delivery zones: We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

✏️ Modifying or Canceling an Order

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting us directly at support@vasper.shop. Once your order has shipped, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

An email containing your unique tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouses.
